  • This was not a matter of being a pervert. It was totally unprofessional for this cop to try to contact a woman, after he cited her. And then to mock her by saying "it did cost you 135.00. At least let me take you to dinner. Yeah that is just plain weird. I applaud her decision to sue the cop.

  • Can't blame you Maria. There's no sense in taking the risk. People watch too many tv shows where nice woman gets ticketed by a smoking hot cop. They go on a date and then magic. You don't know who this guy is. When a cop pulls you over, he should keep it professional.

  • Entitlement issues are when you think you have the right to use the car, or stay out all night, or basically run your own life. This was neither the case. The kid just didn't want to hear what she knew was going on with her mom. That crosses the line of good parenting.

  • I am a big proponent of stopping domestic violence. But it feels like more is being made of this that it should be. Unless there was clear evidence of battery, and a complaint from the wife, then whose making all of the fuss?
